• Brett O I highly recommend Dr. Empaynado to anyone in need of medical attention. While visiting from Florida, I encountered an urgent issue that required immediate care. The office staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, scheduling an appointment for me with Dr. Empaynado the very next morning. Dr. Empaynado performed an in-office procedure that significantly eased my situation, making my return trip to Florida much more manageable. He took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and the next steps. His professionalism and care were truly commendable.

He takes his time to explain what he's doing, the diagnosis and the treatment plan in a way that's easy to understand but you do not feel like he's speaking down to you. • dia s Appearance is very open with lots of chairs so not to be under people (cramped), well lit, sanitizers throughout including waiting area, restroom and countertops. Staff very polite from the door, nice smiles and a sence of welcome. Appointments well spaced as to avoid crowding, nice job. Wait time is minimal so staff can input your paperwork and was seen within 10 minutes of appointment slot, great job. Diane and Dr Irwin were very professional, thorough with details of procedure and what's required of you prior to process. Actual procedure appointment was within 2 weeks, great time. Everyone was very professional, my apologies for forgetting some names of staff. Good experience!

• mach1 m Staff was great! Dr. Irwin was very thorough. The only issue I have is with Advocare's patient portal. I cannot update certain information and when I asked the staff to delete it, it didn't happen. My wife's name is misspelled. I can't update my medications on the site. There should be, if there isn't already, a feature to update medications, family history, etc., so time isn't wasted in the waiting room filling out the forms.
